Elephant.

Just a word before I go

Extinct, with my ears and nose getting longer

And the sharp bristles on my chin:

Sexy was not the priority

In the circus that one might think.

I moved slowly shifting

My weight from foot to foot

Dressed up in a tutu I would sometimes

Dance on my hind legs, but

The point was those enormous burdens,

Setting them up and tearing them down again.
